Holidays Direct has over 10 years experience in looking after property abroad and helping customers obtain rental income from their property. We pride ourselves in first class service from honest friendly staff. We cover Altinkum, Didim, Akbuk and Bodrum areas. Our main office is based in Altinkum near Dolphin Square and we also have offices in the UK. Not only do we look after your property but we  also deal with re-sales, sales and airport transfers. For all property sizes the price is £20 per month standing order or advance annual payment of £200.

Holiday Rentals

This is the area where Holiday Direct Property Management excels. For the last few years we have gone from strength to strength and have been the fastest growing holiday rental agent in this area. We generate hundreds of enquires via the internet every week from all over the world and we are part of the Holiday Direct Travel Group in the UK. Within this group we have over 320 travel agent members nationwide.

Our customer base has proved to be successful all year round with different advertising campaigns to attract customers all year round with many customers visiting year after year.

To generate repeat bookings and recommendations often the simplest of things impress the most. Our personal attention to detail for each property is second to none. We recommend that certain basic items are included in your apartment i.e., kettle, toaster, microwave, washing machine, fridge, freezer, iron, ironing board and cutlery and crockery must be a minimum of one set per person. You will also need to provide us with 2 sets of bedding for each bed.

It is mandatory that Holidays Direct organise the cleaning of your apartment to maintain consistency and turnaround. We supply our own cleaning materials and equipment.

Rental Income

The amount of rental income you will receive for your property depends on how many bedrooms it has.

The figures below are the fee you will receive from us. We have already taken off all cleaning charges, which means there is no extras you need to pay for. For all fortnightly bookings the tenet will receive a mid week change of bedding as standard.

Before any rental bookings are taken your apartment must be insured. If you do not have insurance we can arrange this for you.

Once you have signed the full property management contract and payment has been received either by cheque or standing order a full inventory will be carried out on your property and photographs taken.

We will need 3 sets of keys for each lock on the main door to your property.

If you are looking to invest in a property abroad or sell your current property we can advise and advertise this for you. Please contact us for our charges.

Translation Service

If you need any help whilst in Turkey we can help you with this. Please call into our Office in Altinkum to book a translator. We charge £20 up to and including the first hour and £10 for every additional hour after that.

Long Term Renting

If you already own an apartment here in Altinkum and wish to rent it out long term (minimum 12 months) we can oversee all this for you. This price varies for different apartment, please contact us for more details.

The below prices includes all cleaning materials used.

General Cleaning Cost for apartment & villas

1 & 2 bedroom                    £20.00

3 & 4 bedroom                    £25.00 

5 bedrooms or more             £30.00

(General cleaning includes, all bedding and towels washed and dried, all floor areas cleaned, bathrooms and toilets cleaned, kitchen areas cleaned and a welcome pack placed in fridge consisting of water, tea, coffee, sugar, milk, bread, butter and jam.)

Deep Cleaning Cost for apartment & villas

1 & 2 bedroom                    £30.00

3 & 4 bedroom                    £40.00

5 bedrooms or more             £50.00

(Deep cleaning includes, all windows cleaned inside and out, cooker and hob cleaned, freezer defrosted and fridge thoroughly cleaned, all floors washed including under the beds, all doors and frames washed and all bins washed out.)
